Recruiting Specialists

  1. Recruiting Specialists
    1. Must be a member in good standing of the CBLSL.
    2. Create a Recruiting Plan by January 1 of each year.
    3. Work with the Sponsor Liaison / Events Coordinator to identify. recruiting opportunities that may include and/or benefit Sponsors.
    4. Coordinate with Team Managers to obtain volunteers for recruiting events.
    5. Work with the Sponsor Liaison / Events Coordinator and Communications Director to ensure events are adequately advertised.
    6. Provide a recap of each recruiting event to the Commission within 7 days of the event.
