- Recruiting Specialists
- Must be a member in good standing of the CBLSL.
- Create a Recruiting Plan by January 1 of each year.
- Work with the Sponsor Liaison / Events Coordinator to identify. recruiting opportunities that may include and/or benefit Sponsors.
- Coordinate with Team Managers to obtain volunteers for recruiting events.
- Work with the Sponsor Liaison / Events Coordinator and Communications Director to ensure events are adequately advertised.
- Provide a recap of each recruiting event to the Commission within 7 days of the event.
